I am a personal trainer for the women’s gymnastics team, women’s soccer team, and men’s football team at the University of Alabama. "These are some of the issues I wrote down just before I started using my Life Ionizer:
1) My weight was 210 lbs @ 5'8"
After 2 months of 3-4 quarts of alkaline water a day I lost 18 lbs. The
weight lose was mostly noticed my face and belly. After 4 months I was
down to 183 lbs. I continue to lose weight and have not gained it back.
I have also made an attempt to consume more alkaline foods/drinks. The
PRAL food chart is a great guide and understanding the amount of acidic
